Education
The Pennsylvania Constitution states that the General Assembly shall provide for the maintenance and support of a thorough and efficient system of public education to serve the needs of the Commonwealth.
It is essential to promote parental involvement in their children's education.
School boards should be encouraged to increase operational efficiency. In the last 25 years, the number of students in the United States has increased by 5%. The number of teachers has increased by 10%, while the number of administrators has increased by 95%.
Teachers should be given the opportunity to concentrate on fundamental subjects such as Reading, Math, Science, and History.
