The Pennsylvania Constitution states that the General Assembly shall provide for the maintenance and support of a thorough and efficient system of public education to serve the needs of the Commonwealth.

  • It is essential to promote parental involvement in their children's education.

  • School boards should be encouraged to increase operational efficiency. In the last 25 years, the number of students in the United States has increased by 5%. The number of teachers has increased by 10%, while the number of administrators has increased by 95%.

  • Teachers should be given the opportunity to concentrate on fundamental subjects such as Reading, Math, Science, and History.
